1. Where are practices?

Practices are at your child's school PE facilities.

2. Who are the coaches?

Our coaches are high school student volunteers who need community service hours to graduate. These kids are highly motivated, excellent students and feel a sense of obligation to give back to the community.

3. Do you have adult supervision at the practices?

Practices are monitored by Dade County Sports adult site supervisors. These site supervisors are professional educators normally from your school.

4. How can I contact my child’s coach?

We ask that you go through our office to get a message to your child's coach. We also have on-site supervisors to whom to may go with questions, comments and/or problems.

5. How do I determine what team my child is on?

If you register on-line we will send you an e-mail with your child's team assignment after completion of your registration. If you registered another way call us during our regular office hours Monday through Friday from 10 AM – 3 PM.

6. Where are games?

Games are played either at Howard Drive Elementary School (Soccer K-1 and Basketball) or Kendale Elementary School (Flag Football and Soccer 2-5). You may visit SCHEDULES/WHERE WE PLAY on our web site.

7. When will the game schedules be available?

The game schedules will be available a minimum of one week prior to the first game. The schedule will cover all games of the season.

8. What equipment do I need to buy?

We provide all practice and game equipment. You only need to provide soccer cleats and shin guards or appropriate footwear for the other sports.

9. What should my child wear to practice?

Your child can practice in whatever he/she comes to school in. However we recommend appropriate footwear for each of the sports (soccer or football cleats and basketball shoes).

10. When will my child get their uniform?

Your child will receive a uniform prior to the first game.

11. What is the uniform policy?

Uniforms are provided on a yearly basis. If your child plays both “school year” seasons he/she will utilize their existing uniform.

12. How do I exchange my child’s uniform it is too small/too large?

We do not keep an inventory of uniforms in stock but custom order them according to the information you have provided on the registration form. If your child's uniform is too large or too small, please contact Soccer Locker 9492 S. Dixie Hwy. and they will work with you.

13. What is your refund policy if I withdraw my child?

As stated on our registration form, no refunds are available. We all know that special circumstances arise so our Management Team will make the determination in those special cases.

14. What is your RAIN policy?

If it is a light rain we will play. If there is lightening we will cancel.

15. How will I be notified of changes in the practice schedule or game cancellations etc.?

We e-mail and text message parents in the event of a practice change or game cancellation . We use the e-mail addresses and phone numbers provided by you on the registration form. We also ask the schools to make a public address announcement at the end of the day if there will be a practice cancellation.
